Design of a Web-Based Personnel Administration Management Information System at Politeknik Piksi Ganesha

The background of this research is that the management personnel administration at Piksi Ganesha Polytechnic campus still uses conventional methods, considered not optimal, and very prone to viruses data loss. In study, authors used a qualitative method with descriptive approach. contrast, software development was Prototyping Method using Unified Modeling Language (UML) system modeling, which applied PHP programming language Laravel framework MYSQL database. This study resulted in web-based Personnel Administration Management Information System or (SIMPEG), has features starting from automatic employee management, centralized filing, integrated attendance validation devices campus's Public IP network. It can be accessed on mobile by employees.
